We will come to site when convenient to consult, design and manage. Initial input or estimates can be carried out before a site visit. However, as soon we get to an agreed state, we will come to site. Consequently this allows us to pick up on some of the finer details, that can only be found with time spent on site.

We will provide you with the details.
What's included and what is "by other". We work with experienced trades (builders, Gas engineers, electricians etc) and consequently can offer a "turn key" project.
As a result of working with our trades we can offer full project management. You will only have one point of contact to make the process easier.

Need extraction calculations, grease and odour control solutions, for planning? Working closely with fan manufactures we calculate flow rates and volumes. Break out noise from fan motors. Powder coated duct work to blend into the surroundings can also help with planning.
​
You can certainly use and manage your own trades. In such cases we will attend site and scheduling meetings.
